1. Purpose of the Service

AEG PRIVATE is an independent consulting group that offers personalized advice to high-net-worth individuals, cryptocurrency users, global freelancers, and others interested in accessing international financial solutions through third-party providers. We are not a financial institution; we do not process payments or store clients' personal or transactional information.

2. Scope of Service

Our role is limited to providing guidance, support, and guidance during the onboarding, activation, and use of financial tools offered by third-party providers, such as offshore cards, wealth management platforms, trust services, or multi-currency accounts.

AEG PRIVATE does not issue financial products or participate in the direct operation or management of funds. All financial operations are carried out through external regulated entities under their own regulations.

3. Use of the Services

The user is responsible for ensuring that the use of services recommended or assisted by AEG PRIVADO complies with the local laws and regulations of their country of residence or citizenship. AEG PRIVADO is not responsible for the misuse of the tools or for any potential legal implications resulting from the use of financial products in jurisdictions where these are restricted.

4. Information and veracity of data

During the onboarding process, the user may be required to complete identity verification (KYC) processes directly with third-party providers. It is the user's sole responsibility to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

AEG PRIVADO does not store such information nor does it have access to the suppliers' internal systems.

5. Limitation of liability

AEG PRIVADO acts as an access facilitator and is not responsible for financial decisions made by the client or for problems arising from the relationship between the client and external providers. Responsibility for the conditions, operation, and risks associated with the contracted services rests exclusively with the providers of said services.

AEG PRIVATE also does not guarantee financial results, application approvals, continued availability of third-party services, or fulfillment of commercial promises outside of our consultancy.

6. Modifications

AEG PRIVADO reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time by posting such changes on its website.
